Course Notes:

Hole 1: 347 Yds. Par 4

Dog leg right with forest on your right. Tee off following the line of the trees on the right usually a 4 iron. Fairway opens out at this distance as tree line turns further right. Avoid taking a bigger club as rough lies straight ahead from the tee. Second shot to an elevated green guarded buy a bunker directly in front of the green. Better to play one club more and over shoot.

Hole 2: 364 Yds. Par 4

Tempting straight shot off the tee to a medium wide fairway. Water on the right and deep rough on the left. Fairway slopes left to right. Recommended 3 wood / long iron aiming slightly to the left avoiding water hazard. Ball will bounce right on landing obtaining centre fairway position. Second shot is a mid iron to an elevated green, straight is best due to bunkers left and right (obscured).

Hole 3: 172 Yds. Par 3

Slight left dog leg with bunkers on the left of green. Mid iron to green aiming a little  right. Green has a bank on the right to provide good members bounce back onto the green.

Hole 4: 363 Yds. Par 4

Intimidating tee shot with Nature Area (Biotop) between tee and fairway. Free drop (In Drop Zone) if Tee shot lands in Nature Area. Possible Driver opportunity, aiming slightly left as bunker gauds middle fairway and right sloping bank aids landing. Second shot is a mid iron to a large flat green guarded on the middle/ right side by a bunker.

Hole 5:  160 Yds. Par 3

Intimidating Par 3 with Nature Area between you and the green. Mid iron aiming slightly left to avoid steep bank and bunker on the right. Left hand bank will aid leftward bounce to a difficult undulating green.

Hole 6: 376 Yds. Par 4

Tempting Driver from elevated Tee but 3 wood or long Iron recommended. Wide open fairway slightly out of sight but deep rough on right closing in just where you want to land.  Second shot slightly right to sunken green guarded by front bunker and nature area left and right. Better to hit one extra club into this green!

Hole 7: 143 Yds. Par 3

Short Par 3 with rough left and right. Nice big green with bunker on left. Recommended to aim slightly right where bank will aid right hand shots avoiding bunker.

Hole 8: 536 Yds. Par 5

Difficult hole with trees lining the right hand side to green. Halfway fairway narrows with nature area. Recommended long Iron following line of trees off tee, fairway opens out of sight on the right. Too long off the tee will land in nature area with penalty! Second shot ( or lay up) to left hand side of next fairway area, aim for the trees in the distance on the left.  Don’t’ go too long here as green become obscured by trees!

Approach with mid iron to elevated green. Green has a steep bunker on the left hand side usually out of view. Aim slightly right and long. Golf bags can be left before you go over the bridge.

Hole 9 : 401 Yds.  Par 4

Good Driver opportunity with clear view to green. Fairway bunker on right plus right sloping bank on left to aid bounce. Slightly elevated green with bunker guarding the right front. Good back stop bank to aid long approaches.

Hole 10: 538 Yds. Par 5

Long Par 5 with elevated Tee plus water hazard on right. Driver / 3 Wood opportunity to wide fairway. Trees on left and rough on right. Tempting second shot left over second lake or safer fairway approach straight ahead. Approach to green has bunkers and trees on the right. Accurate approach required!

Hole 11: 373 Yds. Par 4

Flat tee shot to wide open fairway, long Iron /  fairway wood recommended. Fairway bunkers on right side. Second shot to green guarded by middle / left hand side bunker. Aim slightly right for percentage shot.

Hole 12 357 Yds. Par 4

Dog leg left with trees along left hand side. Aim along tree line to gain best position. Second shot choice to lay up before water hazard on left to sheltered green or go for green. Better to take extra club to avoid the water!

Hole 13: 359 Yds. Par 4

Dog leg left with wide open fairway. Driver not necessary! Aim slightly left following tree line to wide open fairway out of view. Second shot to elevated green guarded by bunkers on left. Aim slightly right to avoid bunkers and left sloping bank will aid slight errors.

Hole 14: 400 Yds. Par 4

 Elevated Tee with narrowing fairway with trees.  Recommend 3 Wood to clear trees to open fairway. Narrowing green approach with rough on both sides, lay-up or hit straight! Green has a nice back stop bank.

Hole 15:  176 Yds. Par 3

Elevated tee with nature area between tee and green. Mid iron approach avoiding bunkers on right of green. Recommend to aim slightly left where there is a little fairway. Right shots will ether be in the bunker or in the rough!

Hole 16: 491 Yds. Par 5

Dog leg right with forest on right hand side. 3 Wood tee shot avoiding trees and stream on right. Aim for centre of the fairway don’t try to cut the corner! Second shot  should be a mid iron lay-up avoiding water hazard on right and deep rough on left. Approach to a difficult small green with bunker on front right and nature area on left. No errors here!

Hole 17 : 179 Yds. Par 3

Challenging Par 3 with clear line to green, water hazard obscured on right hand side of green and deep rough both sides of the fairway. Better to hit long where back stop bank will aid flyers.

Hole 18: 541 Yds. Par 5

Elevated tee lures out the driver only to be punished by water hazard on right for long shots. Better to aim slightly left with fairway wood for members bounce to centre of fairway. Blind second shot slightly left to clear fairway. Approach to green with bunkers on the left. Good back stop back to air flyers.
