Sponsored by Hertz, the ceremony took place on December at the Estoril Casino (largest in Europe) in the Estoril & Sintra Golf Coast in Portugal during Reed Travel Exhibition's International Golf Travel Market which gathered thousand of golf travel professionals and writers.
